Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley hasn't spoken about her parents much, however she has stated that her bodybuilding grandfather is one of the reasons she likes to exercise. Ashley began swimming at age four. In the following 10 years, she continued to take classes. While she participated in several events, Ashley was never determined enough to adhere to a diet that would allow her body to perform the best it could. It is believed that she was popular in high school because of her beautiful looks and curvy figure. It isn't certain if Ashley dated during this time. Ashley completed her studies and determined to not go at a university. Instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness-model. Ashley was fifteen at the time she realized how unhappy she felt with her physique. She was encouraged by her grandfather to go to the fitness center. He encouraged her to go slowly and work on her body slowly. Ashley was enthused by her success and competed at her first WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. She won 7th place and was motivated to work more. Ashley won the fifth spot at the WBFF World Championships in 2015. After this she decided to not compete again. While she competed, she received offers to do shoots for photos. It was not a mix-up of her professional life and decided against it. However, now that she's stopped competing, Ashley decided to become an fitness model. An acclaimed fitness magazine featured her on its cover, which immediately launched a career for fitness models. Since then, she has become a sought-after model and has appeared for many bikini brand names and globally renowned clothing brands.
